Prince Charles reads the Boy Scouts' Law. The boy scouts on parade, accompanied by ther brass band. The film includes also aspects from the camp life of Romanian boy scouts in Barbosi (Galati county), in the summer of the same year: the camp fire, elasticity, strength and speed exercises, etc.
